Consistent fitness and movement—any type of movement—has carried me through life’s ups and downs. I believe that when you move your body, you can move through anything mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Movement is an important part of our work together.
Outside of coaching, I’m an avid runner, CrossFit athlete and triathlete, winning several races in my age classification. I love spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and engaging in public speaking to inspire and empower women.
